My name is Lakita Thompson. I am originally from South Jersey and raised in Baltimore, MD. I am a mother of a very intelligent, creative, and joyful little girl named Destinee. I am an active member of I5 Church where I serve in the children's ministry in Odenton, MD. I currently work as a Program Assistant for the Transportation Security Administration. My favorite colors are shades of purple. I love to snack on twizzlers and reese's. My favorite place to eat is Olive Garden and I love french fries.  I enjoy motherhood, writing, family time, serving others, bringing ideas to life, graphic design, worship, traveling, having brothers, being an auntie  and changing lives through serving others.

My name is Kim Allen-Joiner. I was raised in Largo, MD. I am a wife and mother of two lovely children. I attend Reid Temple AME Church in Glenn Dale, MD. I am a Watch Manager for the Department of Homeland Security. My favorite color is orange. My favorite restaurant is Grace's Steak and Seafood. I enjoy motherhood, shopping, skating, and traveling. I have a heart for people and look forward to contributing to NAMADUW and making a change in the community.

My name is Takia Coates. I was born in the South but raised in the North. I am a wife, a proud mother of one, and an aunt to a host of nieces and nephews. I am a member of Judah Temple Ministries in Shady Side, MD. I'm an academic educator during the day and a finance educator in the evening.  I enjoy playing volleyball and am a die-hard gamer. My favorite color is blue and I like to snack on M&M's and Mike and Ike's.  My favorite restaurant is TGIF and I love homemade macaroni & cheese.  Most of all, I am honored to be a member of the National Association of Mothers and Daughters United Worldwide (NAMADUW).  Lastly, I am very excited about our journey to making a difference and providing hope for the women and families within our communities and worldwide.

Kesha L. Stowe serves as the treasurer and parliamentarian. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, she currently resides in Columbia, SC. She is the financial manager for Changing Lives Christian Center. As an active member of the South Carolina Army National Guard, she also serves as a Contracting Officer for the state. In addition to spending quality time with family and friends, Kesha finds pleasure in serving her community by volunteering for various religious and community based organizations in the Columbia area.
